- There’s a local company called Kiolbassa Smoked Meats that makes good sausages (among other things). I just found out that they donate a lot of food to communities, both through food banks and disaster relief efforts. During the 2020-2021 year, they donated 50 tons of food in 26 cities in the U.S., serving a total of approximately 589,000 people! I’ll be sure to look for their products next time I want sausage.
