I mentioned SXSW before, though very briefly. The day after I posted, Hanson organized a 12-hour charity marathon with live stream, with all proceeds going to the recovery effort in Japan. There’s now a digital album on Amazon with even more music, with proceeds also going to Japan. It’s 47 songs for US$13.99, so that’s really great value, you get to discover a bunch of bands, and it’s for a good cause, too. Give it a listen!
