That's awesome! The selection certainly seems better than back in Montreal. Heck, the hot sauce selection is about as good as in New Orleans and you're just in a regular supermarket. Now that you've mentioned the mustard, I recommend looking for Zatarain's Creole Mustard. I picked it up in New Orleans this spring and it was really one of the best and hottest mustard I've ever tried. Thanks Amelie! Next request is to see the variety of fresh chili peppers :)
